“I’M ASKING ALL CALIFORNIANS TO VOTE FOR A NEW BEGINNING.”
We, the people of this State, must take full control over our destiny, and empower ourselves to be independent with a Government that represents and works for the prosperity of all Californians.” – Lance Aguiar
Since California is a donor State, funneling about $270 billion or more into Federal Taxes paid to Washington every year, we must ask ourselves, do we need to be a major contributor to a $1.75 trillion deficit and a $3.5 trillion budget plan that includes at least $250 billion into a nation-wide welfare system? Aguiar states that if 2/3rds of California’s Federal Taxes were converted into State Tax, California would be out of a recession within 4 years and be the world’s leading economy in 6 years. The present Governor of CA has announced that about $80 billion of the stimulus payout will benefit this State, however we must ask ourselves where is the rest of the $190 billion going. Lance Aguiar’s tax conversion plan (Federal to State Tax) of about $202 billion delivers a solid response for economical growth and prosperity. In order to send a clear message to Washington, Aguiar plans to join other States that have introduced resolutions declaring state sovereignty, independence and self-governance under the 9th and 10th Amendments of the US Constitution. To address unity issues between States, Lance Aguiar will introduce a new Parliamentary Assembly based on republic and regional representations. For those of you who support the US Constitution, I will uphold the fundamental branches of Government, and Amendment principles, with the State replacing the Federal. The tripartite system will be the framework for the Parliamentary Government system of CA. In addition, it is anticipated that CA may have representative members in the EU, UN and other global entities/political systems to ensure active participation in global affairs. Other State Republics will be invited and encouraged to join the new Parliamentary System under an expanded Regional Parliamentary Assembly. So my proposal is to set up the entire Government on the Constitution framework, but converting the Federalism part into State until other Republics re-join. At that time Regionalism will replace Federalism with the only difference being much less exclusive national power and control over the Republics.
It is important to think that California it is a rich state that currently it is having a bad financial management. We must take control of our resources and strength to improve our economy.
